2 cups fresh basil, chopped

3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Romano cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

6 garlic cloves, chopped

2 cups extra virgin olive oil

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup Romano cheese

1 1/2 cup pine nuts

6 cups fresh basil, chopped

9 garlic cloves, chopped

3 cups extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cup Romano cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures

  1. PLACE pine nuts, garlic, basil and oil in a food processor and pulse until finely blended.
  2. TRANSFER pesto from food processor to bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. TOSS with your favorite pasta or chill and use in 2-3 days.
