  • Does Olive Garden offer discounts on gift card purchases?
    • Discounts are offered on purchases of gift cards on the following amounts:
      $500-999 5% discount
      $1000 & More 10% discount

  • Where can I get a coupon?
    • Several times a year we have coupons in metropolitan-area newspapers. We also have occasional offers on our Facebook page or in our email newsletter – please join these online communities for more information!

  • Where can I find more about your Sweepstakes?
    • Our Culinary Tour of Italy Sweepstakes occurs in the spring.  Visit for more information, and to find out about this year’s winners.

  • Where do I fill out a survey of my visit?
    • The survey website is listed on your receipt.  There is a unique code on your receipt which is needed in order to complete a survey

  • Do you offer discounts to organizations?
    • As we look for ways to give back to our guests, investing in our communities is one of the best investments we can make.  Our restaurants serve their communities through a variety of local efforts. Rather than offer a discount to one particular group of guests, we believe our responsibility is to make sure we’re providing the best dining value possible to every guest who joins us for lunch or dinner.

  • How do I purchase some of the decorative items seen in Olive Garden?
    • Nearly everything in our restaurants is custom ordered. We have a proprietary clause with our vendors that prevents the sale of these items.

  • Where can I purchase the music played at Olive Garden?
    • The music played in our restaurants is a custom arrangement for our restaurants and is not available for purchase.

  • What are the hours of operation for Olive Garden?
    • Most restaurants open at 11:00 a.m. for lunch. Dinner is served beginning at 4:00 p.m. Our practice is to serve our dinner menu all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. As a courtesy to guests who ask, we will provide a lunch menu at any time. Normally, lunch is served only Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 4:00. Closing hours on Sunday through Thursday are 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. There are some regional variations and new restaurants are open for dinner only during the first few weeks of operation. Please contact your local Olive Garden by telephone for specific information.

  • Holiday Hours
    • Olive Garden restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Depending on the amount of business on the day before these holidays, the restaurants may close early. We leave this decision to the discretion of the management team. Please contact the restaurant directly for the scheduled closing time the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve.

  • Do you take Reservations?
    • Most Olive Garden locations seats on a first-come, first served basis.  Some locations are testing call-ahead seating – please contact your restaurant directly to find if this option is available there.

  • Does Olive Garden offer To Go! ordering online?
    • We do not currently offer To Go! ordering online, but you may place your order by telephone. Please view our ToGo! menu.

  • Do you have a Kids Menu?
    • The Passport to Fun kids activity booklet and menu is available at our restaurant for children aged 12 & under. You can also view our kids menu items online .  All kids items come with a choice of side and drink.

  • Celebrations
    • An all-occasion cake is available for purchase to help you celebrate any occasion. The chocolate cake serves from four to six people. Please contact a restaurant manager for more information.

  • How do I make a request for a donation?
    • Olive Garden donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the general manager of your local Olive Garden. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.

      Request should be on your organization’s official letterhead, including the organization’s full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.
